We follow strict warehouse operation rules and adopt anti-collision packaging measures, aiming to deliver all bag items safely and abide by scheduled logistics arrangements.
1. Order Processing Time
Our warehouse team conducts order validation, goods inspection and protective packaging within 1 to 7 business days once orders are confirmed and paid successfully. We halt all order-handling tasks during New Zealand weekends and official public holidays. Order processing may be prolonged slightly when facing holiday sales surges. We will send out formal email notifications to customers if obvious delivery delays take place.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Parcel shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on bag package weight, dimension and delivery destination. All logistics costs will be clearly listed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
We only offer standard shipping services for all bag orders, with an estimated delivery lead time of 15 business days, subject to actual logistics situations.
The stated delivery duration is not guaranteed. Actual parcel arrival time may be affected by logistics capacity shortages, customs inspection progress, severe weather, cross-border route adjustments and national holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After our logistics carrier collects your packaged bags from the warehouse, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email attached with exclusive tracking codes.
Due to logistics system data synchronization delay, real-time shipment tracking data will be activated and available for inquiry within 24 to 72 hours after dispatch. If tracking status remains unavailable after the time window, you may turn to our customer service for manual logistics checking.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers shall take full responsibility to fill in precise, complete and valid delivery information, including recipient address, postal code and working phone number during checkout.
DUALE YASIN MIRE shall not be held accountable for misdelivery, delivery failure or parcel loss triggered by inaccurate buyer-submitted information. If parcels are returned to our warehouse due to address errors, buyers need to bear all relevant reshipping fees.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your bag parcel is untraceable or confirmed lost during cross-border transit, please raise a logistics investigation request to our support team within 3 days after the expected delivery date.
Bags may get dented, scratched or deformed during long-distance transportation. If you receive damaged or defective products, please take clear photos covering both damaged merchandise and complete outer packaging within 24 hours upon receipt. We will evaluate relevant evidence and resolve after-sales matters as soon as possible.
6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice
Every bag is equipped with material maintenance guidelines applicable to leather, canvas and synthetic fabrics. Customers shall maintain and use products in accordance with attached instructions. We disclaim all liabilities for product damage, fading and structural failure caused by improper daily maintenance, self-disassembly and human-induced damage.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
We support global cross-border shipment for all bag products. Overseas orders may be charged with import duties and customs clearance fees in compliance with local import policies of destination countries.
All customs charges are borne solely by order recipients, and such fees are excluded from product price and basic shipping charges. We will not undertake risks of parcel detention and forced return caused by violation of local customs declaration rules.
